Terms & Conditions


Mask are required for entry

Masks are required to be worn at all times when not being serviced. Temperature check required upon entry with our no-touch thermometer. Guest are required to wash and/or sanitize hand before being serviced.  


No Contact Checkout 


NO CASH ALLOWED! We accept all major credit cards. Our estheticians can now accept tips via Cashapp or Venmo. Bottled water and canned beverages will be offered at a first come first served basis.

No Personal Belongings

No bags/personal belongings outside of a handbag that is smaller than 12x12, coat/jacket, and umbrella. No outside food or drinks allowed!  

No Waiting Room

New  check  in  process. Please call or Text to let us know when you’re here.  No  additional  guest  allowed.  No  more  than  three  clients  are  available in  the  spa  at  a  time.  

Booking Policy


Please arrive at your appointment time, for your safety and well being a consultation form & Covid  must be completed on your first appointment. This applies to all clients receiving any service via Bawse Beauty Studio, no exceptions. Be aware that all treatment times stated are inclusive of consultation & preparation  time. 


A Deposit is required for every appointment booked online via The deposit is a portion of your service fee, the remaining balance is due at your appointment. If you call for a same-day appointment a debit or credit card must be provided to add on file at the time of booking. 

We accept Debit/Credit cards, Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, ApplePay, Google Pay, CashApp. NO CASH ALLOWED!

Gift Vouchers 

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will  not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or  transferred. You must bring along your voucher to your appointment. Late cancellation and  "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.



Please notify us on booking if you are pregnant so that we are able to adapt the treatment for  your needs. Please also inform your specialist of any medical condition prior to your treatment  as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Data Security 

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would like to send you details of events and special promotions. If  you would rather not receive these please let us know. See our Privacy Policy

Late & Cancellations

Late & Cancellation Policy


Please be aware that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy on treatments, you will be charged 50% within this time and 100% if you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to show.


To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hrs in advance, contact us at Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations. 

These payments will be automatically charged to the card details you provided at time of booking. If you need to cancel due to medical reasons the cancellation policy will be waived.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Returns Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates


Flat Rate Shipping: We offer $7 flat rate shipping to the US. 

Free shipping for orders over $100. 


International Shipping


Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.


How do I check the status of my order?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 


Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and tracking number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges


We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your name, tracking number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
